How do I measure my dog?
In order to make sure our SIDI & THE GANG pullovers, loops and bandanas fit your dog perfectly, we need some measures of your dog. Please always use a soft measuring tape or, if not at hand, a rope and a folding rule.
Please always measure with your dog standing on all four paws. Otherwise some measurements will shift when sitting.

Which measurements do I need for a dog pullover?
For a dog pullover we need three measurements: back length, neck and chest circumference.
For a pullover, first select the length of your dog's back under "Back length range". Then you can write down the measure in cm on your order sheet.

Which measurements do I need for a dog loop?
How long does it take to produce my order?
Our products are hand knitted to your measurements. If several orders are coming in at the same time, it will take a little longer.
The delivery time for:
Pullover is 2 - 4 weeks
Loop is 1 - 2 weeks
Blanket is 2 - 4 weeks
Bandana is 1 - 2 weeks
Poo Bag is 1 week

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay for your order by PayPal or bank transfer.
What are your shipping costs?
Within Germany we ship for 5,90 € and free shipping above 60 €.
Shipping to Europe (EU): 14,90 €
Shipping to Europe (non-EU): 17,90 €
Can I track my order?
Yes, of course. You will receive a tracking number to track your order.
With whom do you ship?
We ship all orders with DHL.
Do you ship plastic free?
It is very important to us to send your order as environmentally friendly as possible. That's why we only use carton and paper. Shipping with DHL is done with GoGreen.
